On Saturday Dec 18th I was attending a holiday pot luck party and offered the Earthen plates and bowls to the hostess
so I could gauge the response. When the table was all set one of the 16 guests commented on how beautiful and artisan

Earthen palm leaf dinnerware was used at the Vancouver International Writers' Festival 2009 and impressed one and all!
For those of you who watched the show on March 3rd, 2010; we'd like to inform you that the business is not for sale after we found another investor. The show was recorded almost a year ago and our business has grown many fold since then. Much of this time has gone into product develepoment and quality improvements. The customer response has been great and you will see our dinnerware in a store near you very soon!

A Wonderful Story about EARTHENS
UVIC Green Start Marketplace
Earthen Trading Co, set up a booth at UVIC campus on Sept. 3rd and 4th at the Green Street Market where about 50 exhibitors and vendors were showcasing their environmental efforts.
Earthens got a great response from both students as well as the UVIC staff and faculty. Our products were also praised by the Campus sutainablity and planning department and the UVIC students union.

Alpine Food Festival 2008
Earthen Trading Co. supplied its disposable plates to all the food vendors at the Alpine Food Festival on Sept. 6th, 2008. At the organic food festival at Mt. Washington, Earthens got their greatest response as they became the "talk of the town" by a vicinity-full of people walking around with an earthen in their hands.
